Dr. Nichols is chairman of the Editorial Advisory Committee of which Dr. Tinkcom is also a member. Both have been asked to contribute chapters to the project. Report on Dr. Tinkcom's receipt of notice that, her waiver of residence having expired, she was no longer on the City's payroll. The due notice of her change of residence from Ardmore to Germantown on August 2, 1966, had evidently not reached all the proper persons. Matter was straightened out thanks to Commissioner Costello and Mr. Goodstein. [HANDWRITTEN NOTES: 1. In the Model Cities area section, next to "711 New Market St. (Northern Liberties Fire Co.)" there is a handwritten annotation that reads "retur[ned] —" followed by what appears to be "7/67" and additional marks that are difficult to read with certainty. 2. In the top right corner of the page, there is a handwritten notation that appears to be a date or reference mark.]
