The HISTORICAL VALUES COMMITTEE met February 28, 1967, in the Philadelphia Historical Commission office. Present: Dr. Nichols, Chairman, Mr. Williams and Dr. Tinkcom. New Market St. 807 New Market St. Green St. Friends Meeting, 4th & Green Sts. 711 New Market St. (Northern Liberties Fire Co.) 122-124-126 Richmond St. "Old Brick" M. E. Church, S.E. cor. Marlborough & Richmond 2113-15-17 Green St. - 2201-05 Green St. - 2211-13 " " 310 Richmond (fire company "instituted May 20, 1791") 1125-27-29-31-33-35-37 E. Berks St. 1118-20-22 E. Dr. Nichols is chairman of the Editorial Advisory Committee of which Dr. Tinkcom is also a member. Both have been asked to contribute chapters to the project. Report on Dr. Tinkcom's receipt of notice that, her waiver of residence having expired, she was no longer on the City's payroll. The due notice of her change of residence from Ardmore to Germantown on August 2, 1966, had evidently not reached all the proper persons. Matter was straightened out thanks to Commissioner Costello and Mr. Goodstein. [HANDWRITTEN NOTES: 1. In the Model Cities area section, next to "711 New Market St. (Northern Liberties Fire Co.)" there is a handwritten annotation that reads "retur[ned] —" followed by what appears to be "7/67" and additional marks that are difficult to read with certainty. 2.
