HISTORICAL VALUES COMMITTEE MEETING January 16, 1961 The Historical Values Committee of the Philadelphia Historical Commission met in Mr. Williams' office, Monday,January 16, at 2:30 p.m. Present Dr. Nichols, Chairman, Mr. Williams and Mrs. Tinkcom.
