THE HISTORICAL VALUES COMMITTE REPORT September 26, 1967 The Historical Values Committee of the Philadelphia Historical Commission met September 26, 1967. Present were Dr. Nichols, chairman and Mrs. Tinkcom. The following buildings were considered for certification: 1.
