Tinkcom The following buildings were reviewed and recommended to the Philadelphia Historical Commission for certification: 1135 Waverly St. 6341 Ridge Avenue First Baptist Church, 17th & Sansom St. Francis de Sales, 4625 Springfield Ave. 127-129 Market St. was rejected by the Committee and the following buildings were deferred for further study: St. Paul's Church, 22 E. Chestnut Hill Ave. Girard Trust Co., Broad & Chestnut Sts. PSFS Building, 12 S. 12th St. Pennsylvania School for the Blind, 64th & Malvern Ave. S. W. cor.
