The HISTORIC VALUES COMMITTEE of the Philadelphia Historical Commission met January 22, 1962 at the Historical Society of Pennsylvania Present: Dr. Nichols; Chairman Mrs. Dilworth Mr. Williams Dr. Tinkcom The following buildings were considered and recommended to the Commission for certification: 1. Falls' Tavern, 4154-56-58 Ridge Avenue 2. 257 S. 9th Street 3. 2629, 2631, 2633, 2635, 2637 Cabot Street 4. 526 Delancey Street Consideration of 1522 Cherry Street was postponed pending further investigation. The Committee agreed to recommend to the Commission as a whole that its Sixth Year Report take a form similar to one of the two following pamphlets: The Meeting was adjourned.
