THE HISTORICAL VALUES COMMITTEE met Jan. 25 in Philadelphia Historical Commission's office Present: Dr. Nichols, Chairman Mr. Williams Mrs. Tinkcoom The following buildings were recommended for certification, January 25, 1966, and approved. Germantown Avenue 5229 5279 5283 5310-12-14-16-18-20 - (Victorian shop fronts) 5305-5315 - (Cottage Row) 5331-33-35-37 5409 St. Luke's Church, Rectory & St. Margaret's house 5425 (Masonic Hall) 37 5435-37 (with understanding that these may be demolished by Pa. Furniture Co. for new structure but with hope that better design for new building may be negotiated as result of certification of existing structure) 5439-45 5507-13 Market Square Presbyterian Church 5515 Parish House 5519 5500-5506 - Germantown National Bank W.
