Historic Values Committee met November, 1965 Present: R. F. Nichols, chairman, Mr. Williams, and Dr. Tinkoom. 1. Research budget - 1966 Propose allotting funds to permit Mrs. Kirkbride and Dr. Tinkoom to work 30 hours a week. This at their present rates of pay would require for Mrs. Kirkbride $5,070. for 1560 hours work and for Mrs. Tinkoom 7,800. $12,870. This will leave approximately $4,000 for research. Of this sum $800. should be encumbered for Ed Iwanicki; and the honoraria formerly offered to Miss Rudolph and Mrs. Graham should be made available to each ($500. each). Approximately $2200. will, therefore, be available for a student assistant or assistants. Travel fund $350. 2. For certification: 1. House to east and the attached building at rear of structure to west of Loxley Court recommended for certification by J. Lloyd. 2. Art Club, 220 South Broad Street 3.
