Properties in West Philadelphia Redevelopment areas were discussed at length because of Redevelopment Authority's request for list of buildings the Philadelphia Historical Commission would like to have preserved. Decision was deferred until the West Philadelphia Corporation and University of Pennsylvania can be consulted. The Committee asks the Philadelphia Historical Commission to approve their report and give it power to act when the information is in. 2. House of Russell Conwell considered.
