David Rosenblum, Esq., Assistant City Solicitor, Law Department Richard Tyler, Historian Deborah Frindle, City Planning Commission Unless otherwise noted all action taken herein is the result of motions correctly made, seconded and carried. The Commission, acting as a Committee of the Whole, recommends the approval and filing of the Minutes of the Stated Meeting, 2 September 1976. The Commission, acting as a Committee of the Whole, recommends the approval and filing of the Report of the Architectural Committee for 15 September 1976. The Commission, acting as a Committee of the Whole, recommends the approval and filing of the Historian's Report on Commission Staff Activities for September 1976. The Commission, acting as a Committee of the Whole, recommends that the Commission assume the custody of and responsibility for the distribution of the City Chronicles series at the convenience of Philadelphia '76, Inc.
