THE MINUTES of the Stated Meeting, 5 January 1978, were approved and directed to be filed. REPORTS The Report of the Architectural Committee for 18 January 1978, Herbert W. Levy, A.I.A., Chairman. The report was approved and directed to be filed with the official copy of the Minutes. Recommendations by the Staff for the Certification of Buildings, Richard Tyler, Historian. At the suggestion of the Commission's Chairman, the Historical Commission members met on the street to continue their inspection and re-evaluation of these buildings entered on the Commission's list of historic structures but for which no minute approving certification has been found. The members began their walk at the corner of Front and Lombard Streets and proceeded west to Fourth Street. The certification of the following buildings was ratified: 121 Lombard Street 304 Lombard Street 123 Lombard Street 306 Lombard Street 125 Lombard Street 308 Lombard Street 127 Lombard Street 310 Lombard Street 312 Lombard Street 126 Lombard Street 314 Lombard Street 128 Lombard Street 320 Lombard Street 322 Lombard Street 324 Lombard Street 326 Lombard Street 328 Lombard Street 330 Lombard Street STATED MEETING 2 2 February 1978 REPORTS (Cont'd) The Commission members agreed to the removal from the list of the buildings situated at 122 and 124 Lombard Street and tabled a decision on the certification of 302 Lombard Street and 501 South Fourth Street (southeast corner of Fourth and Lombard Streets) pending further discussion. The latter will be taken up by the Commission at its next meeting. Throughout the tour the implica- tions of certification were discussed and an evaluation of each building prepared. Report on Historical Commission Staff Activities, Richard Tyler, Historian. Mr. Tyler's report for the month of January was approved and directed to be filed with the official copy of the Minutes.
