See attached sheet It was agreed that the letter to Dean Perkins regarding the Expressway and better communications between the City Planning Commission and the Historical Commission be deferred for the present. Approved for certification: St. Mark's Parish house & Rectory, 1625 Locust St. 3502 Spring Garden Street Arch Street Methodist Church, Broad & Arch Streets 132, 134 S. 47th Street 3240 School House Lane 5321 Germantown Avenue 5328 Germantown Avenue 228 Monroe Street 738, 740 S. Front Street 772 S. Front Street 804 S. Front Street It was agreed that all Southwark properties suitable for certification be reviewed and added to the Commission's list regardless of their status vis à vis the Delaware Expressway. This will be done promptly so that the list can be presented to the Commission at its next Stated Meeting.
