Plans for the full restoration of this building were approved. 324 Spruce Street, John Burris, Architect. Approved. 811-17 North Seventh Street, St. Nicholas's Church, L. C. Scipione, Architect. The Committee did not approve the submission as presented. Further action was withheld until a more detailed study of the structure can be made. 1205 Spruce Street, Daniel M. Kane. The points, as outlined in the Commission's letter of 16 June 1970 to the architect, are-to-be followed precisely — still hold and are to be followed precisely. REPORTS 104 South Fifth Street, American Philosophical Society, J. Cornell & Son, Contractors. Mrs. Maurer reported to the Committee her approval of a building permit application for the installation of new lavatories. PLAQUES Mikveh Israel Cemetery, 800 block of Spruce Street. Approved. 124 Catharine Street. Approved. 1813 Delancey Street. The Committee agreed that shutters are needed on the upper floors and that a plaque cannot be awarded until these are hung.
