I note that the hour has come and that a quorum of the Committee is present. To my left is Councilman Thomas. To my right, Councilmember Gilmore Richardson and Councilmember Gauthier. This is a public hearing for the Committee on Appropriations regarding Resolutions No. 230186, 230250, and 230251 [sic]. The Chair recognizes Councilmember Gilmore Richardson for a motion to recess the public hearing and public meeting to Wednesday, April 3rd at 9:00 a.m.
