I always do. We have someone apparently requesting continuances for this.
And it's a somewhat misguided request. We've been working with the coordinating RCO,
which is different from this RCO. This is under the guidance of the council office.
I believe Mr. Richardson is on the line as well and can confirm this. And I think this is a situation where you have a property seeking relief when it's abutting another community. And that's where we are.

We are an affected RCO.
Well, why don't you want to give me your position here?
Our position is for as long as there were RCOs, ACCA has been the coordinating RCO for this area.
It has since been, cases have since been assigned to Oakland Worcester, which is in fact Charles Richardson, who is representing and coordinating that RCO.
So when that transition happened, cases, many of them, did not go addressed for over a year.
This one, 5600 Sydenham Street, is one of them.
We understand because we have suffered through the misscheduling and delay of the cases as the community,
the actual organized community where there are actually community members that get together and
meet and talk about the process. We have been subjected to the delays. We have sent requests
on behalf of this applicant trying to get this case heard. Given all the confusion and debacle,
there was an attempted meeting with the applicant that failed back in August. There was one
community member who is Sherry Cohen that attended by invitation of ACCA. And it was,
there was no presentations and nothing to present, no community members, and it was agreed that the
case would be continued. The understanding was that given all the grievances that were available
from the community that the community would have an opportunity to negotiate some terms with the
applicant. Since then, we have not been contacted. The community has not been involved. And so the
community on its own have put together their concerns. They are before you now in the report
that we sent to the council office and oak lane worcester and we would like an opportunity to meet
with this applicant this case should not just be pushed forward because they've been inconvenienced
we've been inconvenienced too all right thank you very much is mr richardson on the line

Mr. Cohen lives outside of the 250-foot range and was not included on the mailing that took place.
And, again, with regard to ACCA, they were used to being in charge of everything over in that community, essentially running roughshod over a lot of folks.
But since that point, there was a new RCO that did come online who is under Sharon Milburn Carter, who is not myself.
So, you know, Ms. Brodus is a little bit far-fetched with regard to what she's trying to put out there.
We feel that they should be able to, if they want to go forward, they should go forward and let the chips fall where they may.
