We will now go into our public meeting. Any Member of Council that does not have a copy of the amendments which have been circulated? Is there any member of the Council who has any question on those amendments? Any Member of Council who did not hear the discussion on the proposed changes to the amendments? If you are all comfortable -Chair recognizes Councilwoman Tasco for a motion that the amendments that have been circulated and discussed by the City Solicitor be adopted to Bill 970647.
All those in favor, let it be known by saying aye. Those opposed say nay. Then those amendments are adopted. I am requesting now that the Solicitor, with the aid of our staff, take those amendments, formally make the additions and circulate them to every member of Council before the end of day. Not really. They will automatically be done so. And those amendments must also be in the Chief Clerk's office. That's the reason why I am asking for them to be circulated to all Members of Council, and they also should be in the Chief Clerk's member available for inspection by any member of the general public between now and the time this matter comes up for final consideration. This brings us to the end of our public meeting. Council will now go into a recess session of our City Council meeting of yesterday. To the President and Members of the Council of the City of Philadelphia, the Committee of the Whole Council, to which was referred Bill No. 970647, entitled an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into an amendment to the agreement authorized by ordinance approved December 29, 1972, Bill No. 455, as amended, between the City of Philadelphia and the Philadelphia Facilities Management Corporation, relating to the operation and management of the Philadelphia Gas Works, under certain terms and conditions, by authorizing the Philadelphia Facilities Management Corporation, on behalf of the City and the Philadelphia Gas Works, to enter into the electric supply business, under certain terms and conditions, respectfully reports it has considered the same and amended the same and returns the attached bill to Council with a favorable recommendation.

A resolution approving a venture agreement between the Philadelphia STATED MEETING Facilities Management Corporation and QST Energy, Inc.
This resolution will be referred to the appropriate committee. You now know that this resolution will have attached to it, as Exhibit A, the final and completed QST/PGW venture agreement, which will provide the terms and circumstances under which these entities wish to enter into the PECO electric pilot program. Is there anything else that we need to do? I think that about covers it. Chair recognizes Councilman Cohen.
Well, the resolution will be listed for our public hearing on Wednesday so that we will be able to have our discussion on the finalized QST -
