Good morning, Mr. Chairman and members of the committee. My name is Paul Lonie, and I'm representing the Department of Streets. I'm here to offer the following testimony on Bill No. 980457. Robert Lane, Esquire, of Morgan, Lewis 4 COMMITTEE ON STREETS AND SERVICES - BILL 980457 & Bockius, has requested the City to strike and abandon a non-needed drainage right-of-way and allow for the expansion of Amoco Oil Company and a McDonald's facility and several other contiguous parcels. This ordinance is supported by the Department of Streets and is recommended to the committee for favorable action.
Are there any questions for this witness from the committee? (No questions.)
Is there anyone else here who wishes to testify for or against the bill? (No response.)
For the record, I would also like to also acknowledge the presence of Councilwoman Tasco and Councilman Cohen. We have enough of a quorum for tomorrow, actually. This concludes the public hearing. - - -
