Good morning. This is a continued public hearing of the Committee of the Whole regarding Resolution Nos. 090890, 090891, 090892, 090893, 090918. I believe we have no one to testify on these resolutions. Therefore, the Committee will go into its public meeting, and the Chair recognizes Councilman DiCicco regarding Resolution 12 090890.
