Bill No. 110877, an7 ordinance authorizing transfers in8 appropriations for Fiscal Year 20129 within the General Fund relating to the10 Council.11
Thank you.12 We have established a quorum.13 To my left, Councilman Rizzo, Council14 President Verna, Councilman Goode and15 Councilwoman Marian Tasco.16 We apparently have no17 witnesses, so I will speak on behalf of18 the City Council of Philadelphia as the19 Chair of the Committee.20 This is an internal transfer21 moving funds from Class 300 and 400 to22 Class 100.
