I purchased the property in January from the sheriff, and I am currently in the middle of doing some renovations there. It is vacant, like you said.

What's your intention?

Either a rental or resale.

Because this particular development was for the purpose of creating homeownership opportunities, affordable homeownership opportunity, because we were concerned of purchases of property, and then renting them out or selling them at values that are not affordable.

I was just going to evaluate everything at the end of the renovations. But if it is totally for resale, that's not a problem. If you wanted a homeowner in there, I wouldn't be opposed to it.

We purposely 292 BILL NO. 050386 - 6/6/05 proceeded with this acquisition because we want to create a stable environment.
