And just wanted to confirm that the four provisos would be affixed to the land, limit of two multifamily units, no basement living, all trash and recycling stored indoors for the reasons we're both saying, and no rooftop deck occupancies or structures except for mechanical equipment.

no further hands mr chair planning commission uh run bednar city planning comprehensive plan

recommends no change in the residential single family zoning at this location 2014 is owning

maps in this neighborhood were changed to conform with the recommendations in the comprehensive

plan. The property has a use permit on file from 1946. Therefore, the City Planning Commission

recommends that the board grant the variance but limit the number of units to the two units
