gym would be. And these are photos I took during a site meeting with Holmesburg Civic. Obviously

not fit out as a fitness gym but currently used for storage of construction materials and equipment

we do have the letter of support from holmesburg civic regarding this application indicating they

are not opposed and assigned by tara gontek from holmesburg civic she was the president

we have our notice of meeting had a copy of refusal we have a copy of the zoning permit

granted by variance for the board for the gun range and then attached is also all the zoning

history as previously mentioned and it is located in a i3 heavy industrial zoning district and again

going back to the aerial photo that is the sum and substance of the application i would just add

that Counter-Strike currently operates out of the Flyer Skate Zone, which is located near the

Northeast Philadelphia Airport on Comley Road and Decatur Road. And they are, you know, they've

been there for approximately four years, operating in Philadelphia since 2009, and they're looking

forward to their relocation to their new cycle. I have with me this evening Lee Zimmerman, if the

board wants me to have him verify and adopt. Otherwise, as an officer of the court, I can

plan our adopted district plan recommends no change to the existing zoning at this location

the applicant's hardship is not supported with evidence of unique physical circumstances or

condition of the property that would prevent it from being used in conformity with the code
