oh here we go okay here are some photos this was taken before the um

uh the posters are up basically our uh client seeks to uh have a variance to have a barber

shop on the first floor this is the outside the entrance uh this is the side view

and this is the uh the front view yeah it's a view from west lycoming facing east toward north

uh north 5th street and north 5th street is uh there this is an interior shot of the um

of the barber chairs and next is this is five that that's these are the zone this is this was

posted uh on the the front door and was posted on on um saturday february 3rd so we have enough time

there and this was again another poster on the on the side and these three yellow circles indicate

the the posters again another poster okay and the other posters

and more posters and this is another poster another poster and this is a letter that we sent

to uh for the office of the uh council person lozato and notifying them of the hearing and

they we also included a shot of the uh letter of no opposition

great yeah and uh that that's it about our uh proposal um we have i believe mr munoz was at the

proposal um we have i believe mr munoz was at the it was uh on on the line at he was on the

it was

line at 3 30. i don't know about now but so so is is mr munoz on the line could he uh adopt your

just briefly I just wanted to note in terms of the taxes that they're paid through 2023 so we

can vote this case today they're in compliance thank you great great okay any questions or

comments from the virtual audience I see no hands at this time Mr. Snow all righty planning

commission sir ron bednar city planning uh the property is indicated for residential use on a

city plan or adopted district plan recommends no change the existing zoning at this location

the applicant's hardship is self-created not supported with evidence of unique physical

circumstances or condition of the property that prevented from being used in conformity

requirements of the code therefore we recommend the quest for variance not for granted

okay thanks ron uh if i may respond quickly to that sure go ahead mr chandler yeah but basically

it's uh there's no opposition from the neighbors and it's it would be a very convenient uh place

for a barber shop uh it's walking distance within a lot of houses that the uh uh and certainly it

would be a benefit to the neighborhood to to have something like that all right understood we're
