ZBA Hearing - July 15, 2025

not previously submitted to the board submitted we um uh board council we did submit um our new

exhibits um last uh on july 10th i believe but then there was some issues with them being readable

so then we did we did file um new versions of them a few days ago and an opposing council has

them too so i think i think you have everything okay because there was just some photos that

that i did not recall seeing in the reclaim from the re and sections of the reclaim report so

all right well but just did well i can double check you can spend them in again just to be

for but yeah if there's going to be litigation i guess that could be complicated to figure out

what the record is yes thank you all right and miss emerson everything that i showed was already
