Thank you very much. I just wanted to alert my colleagues that I did introduce a bill regarding minority-owned, women-owned, and persons with disability-owned businesses for Section 17-500. It's Stated Meeting February 2, 2017 do understand that. So I did summarize what the ordinance would do, the changes it would make, and I've placed that on the desk of every Councilperson. I invite anyone who would like to have this discussion. I think we've discussed this, quite frankly, over the many months. I have distributed drafts previously. I've spoken to some people in the Administration, and I know it's been a constant source of discussion among our body over at least the five years that I've been here. To date, my understanding is that the Executive Order that was last put in place expired, and though I've heard various things, most recently an articulation of what would be done by Rebecca Rhynhart, who is no longer holding that position, I've not seen anything in writing. I was delighted to hear when she testified statements made that were very consistent with our Stated Meeting February 2, 2017 put in the draft and in this ordinance and, therefore, I have introduced this bill. And I think if it's not in writing, it's just vague. Thank you very much.
