We're want to recess the hearing on the Committee on Labor and Civil Service and we want to go right into the public meeting. And a quorum is present: Councilman Cohen, Councilman Ortiz, myself - Councilman Mariano, Councilman Rizzo, Councilwoman Verna. We even have Councilman Nutter and Councilman DiCicco for this fine bill we're here today for, so we're going to go right into the public meeting.
Mr. Chairman, I move that Bill No. 960598 be recommended with a favorable recommendation and a recommendation that the rules of Council be suspended so as to permit first reading in the next session of City Council. (Duly seconded.)
