our client thought this was a duplex it was marketed to him as a duplex i have when i went

electrical systems there's two heaters there's two uh everything has been broken off as it would be

a duplex uh the breakers are different in different services there's different electric

bills like different water bills and the like these are these are two different gas meters

already installed and they're metered and and functional if we go just down a

little further and so going through it as you'll see this is these are marketing

property pictures from the marketing of the house but you see there's two

different apartments two different bathrooms two different kitchens two

bedroom areas and the like and again all this all this was done when my client purchased the property

and that's how it was marketed to him as well so again he was of the belief that this was already

a two unit see the kitchens that they're separate separate everything okay uh why don't you bring
