Good2 morning. This is the Committee on Public3 Health and Human Services reconvened from4 our April 19th, 2011 hearing until this5 morning.6 We'd like the Clerk to read the7 bill.8
Bill No. 110070, an9 ordinance amending certain sections of10 Title 3 ("Air Management Code") of The11 Philadelphia Code relating to license and12 permit fees and other charges by13 modifying the amount of such fees, under14 certain terms and conditions.15

After consultation with the3 Health Department and their diligence and4 help in looking at all the factors that5 go into this inspection process, we are6 reducing the costly inspection fee from7 $400 to $275, and this amendment does8 that. So I offer the amendment for9 approval.10
