This one, okay. We'll suspend the vote. Mr. Decker, is that okay? Mr. Decker says it's okay. Councilwoman.
Thank you, Mr. President. I would be very, very remiss, because I think it's important that the record reflects when members of Council from different persuasions and other ways come together in a magnificent way around an issue that binds us, and when it comes to quality child care and 2/26/15 - STATED - 2ND READING trying to find ways to minimize and/or eliminate barriers, we should do that. So I want to salute Councilman Brian O'Neill on this measure. The first bill I passed in City Council, now 14 years ago, was about child care, and here we are 14 years later singing basically from the same sheet of music. So I wanted to salute him and thank him for working with me and actually urging me to act and move on this measure. Thank you, Mr. President.
Thank you, Councilwoman. Mr. Decker, can you read the title again, please.
