The City Council has a website where you can check bills -- and you have the number -- when the bill will come up for final passage. You can check that. You can certainly 94 9/27/06 - PUBLIC HEALTH - BILL 060583 call us. It will be in November probably after the election, which is November the 7th. Then they have to have maybe ten or days, days to certify the election. 6 They may do it faster. And then those 7 Councilmembers will come on. 8 So towards probably the end of 9 November, maybe before Thanksgiving or 10 right after Thanksgiving. Before the end 11 of the year. So you have that time, and 12 hopefully the Administration will 13 communicate with you regarding what is 14 going on. 15 We pass the bills. They are in 16 charge of enforcement and developing the 17 regulations. So if Ms. Wilkerson said 18 that she would communicate with the bar 19 owners and restaurant owners about what 20 they are doing, it would be most fair to you. So we don't have those answers for you, but it probably will not take place until after the first of the year.
