Yes.

We do have one technical amendment that was brought to my attention by the Law Department this morning. There was a small error on one of the maps. There was a zoning classification that inadvertently was left off, so we had to incorporate that. So we would ask that the bill be amended to put the correct map in place.

Mr. Kramer, a request has been made for a rules suspension. Is there any objection to that since I know originally, I think in October, it was asked that --

We did request the additional 45 days, and that will run out on December 8th. I'm not certain what that does in terms of the suspension of rules, but that's the date that the 45-day clock runs out. I have no 17 objection, but that doesn't mean...

Madam President, I actually talked to the Director of the Planning Commission yesterday -- or the day before, Friday, and we've had some discussions about the issues with respect to the FAR.

And they understood that there was some timing issues on it. He said he did not have a problem with it being moved out of Committee today.

We also believe, based on what he said, they will come to some conclusion in a timely way, but if not, I'm prepared to hold it until the 18th.
