No problem. So, you may recall this was, this is a resumption hearing to legalize a two-family property that Mr. Caceres purchased sight unseen in 2015 from a sheriff's sale.
and the the layout of the property is that it is two it is two levels
And then a basement. And the two levels of living area, the first floor, which is one bedroom. And these are the plans of it, the floor plans for that.
um so it's one bedroom this is the first floor and then
going up to the second floor
it's the same layout of the uh bedroom that's in a that is in the back let me also
and in the basement where there was a lot of questions about
mr harris i'm sorry can you just pause there and we'll allow the interpreter to

and where there was a lot of questions was the basement um and the basement is just used as
storage it has a mechanical room bathroom and this is what it is and i also have
have photos of that, you can translate that.

were no concerns about it. And we would open
and uh we would open it up for any questions but first i'd like to uh promote my have my
client i guess promoted to adopt my testimony because i believe that that was really the only
issue with this is what was the status of the basement because it was unclear at that last
