You may recall that had we not recessed, we would have continued the session with speeches on the part of the minority or majority after the Mayor's address. Unless I hear otherwise, I will assume that any such speeches will be offered at our regularly scheduled session later today. Accordingly, the Chair now recognizes Councilwoman Brown for a motion to adjourn.
