A resolution providing for the approval by the Council of the City of Philadelphia of a revised Five-Year Financial Plan for the City of Philadelphia covering fiscal years 2000 through 2004, and incorporating proposed changes with respect to Fiscal Year 1999, which is to be submitted by the Mayor to the Pennsylvania Intergovernmental Cooperation Authority pursuant to the Intergovernmental Cooperation Agreement authorized by an ordinance of this Council, approved by the Mayor on January 3, 1992.
Thank you, Madam President. I'm Dean Kaplan, the City's Budget Director. On February 8, 1999, I appeared, along with the Mayor's Chief of Staff and the Deputy Budget Director, to discuss in detail the proposed 4 3/10/99 FISAL STABILITY - RES. 990038 FY 2000-2004 Five-Year Financial Plan. I have no 3 specific remarks to add to our comments at that time, although I will refer to plan document itself, which has been provided to all members of Council. And, obviously, I would be happy to answer any questions you might have on the proposed plan.
