Good morning, everyone. Welcome to the Committee meeting on Appropriations. The hour's come and we have a quorum present. Councilmember Lozada to my left, Councilmember Gilmore Richardson to my left and to my right, Councilmember Thomas. A quorum of the committee is present. This meeting is now called to order, public meeting on Appropriations regarding Bill No. 251021. Mr. McMonagle, please read the title of the bill.
Bill No. 19 251027, authorizing transfers in appropriations for Fiscal Year 2025 from: the General Fund, the Water Fund, the Water Residual Fund, the Grants Revenue Fund, the Aviation Fund, and the Transportation Fund, all from certain or all City offices, departments, boards and commissions; to: the General Fund, the Water Fund, the Water Residual Fund, the Aviation Fund and the Transportation Fund, all to certain or all City offices, departments, boards and commissions.
