Good morning, Council President. I'm special counsel for Center City District. Paul Levy, unfortunately, couldn't be here today. In the past, on reappointments, you haven't required the nominees to attend Vice Chairman Binswanger was here to pay his respects on how to lead. Chairman Rubin is out of town and couldn't make it. The other reappointees were also unable to come. We have the new appointee, Judith Eden, present, who we'd like to introduce you to.

Well, as a resident since 1973, who has been active in the Center City Residents Association and other civic groups, I am really looking forward to participating with many other people who care very much about the Center City of Philadelphia. Thank you.

And Miss Eden has been a very, very hard-working member of the Center City community. I can attest to that, given some of the holes in my shoes that I've gotten as a result of walking with here in the Center City district. So I just wanted to say welcome. Thank you.
