And I do not think, I haven't gone in the 9766, but I have not seen a kitchen being disassembled.

And I did not see anybody move out.

Good afternoon, David Fecto with the City Planning Commission.

The comprehensive plan recommends no change to the residential single-family zoning at this location.

This garage was converted to residential space without the benefit of permits prior to the appellant's purchase of the building.

The appellant would appear to have a hardship if they were required to convert the residential space back into parking.

The application matches the character of the block.

The City Planning Commission recommends that the board grant the use variance.
