just introduce himself, speak to my testimony, and we also have the architect as well if there

Mario, could you just explain a little bit about your connection with the business, you know, the work we've done with the land bank to this point?

And I think that'll kind of help to explain the value that this project will be providing and a little context about the business.

Sure. So I am a partner in the business, Arway Linen in Uniform.

We've been at the location at 1696 Fulk Route since December of 1985.

Prior to the pandemic hitting, we employed full-time about 140 employees, which most are local in the neighborhood.

We are a union shop for our drivers and our plant, which we're proud of.

We inquired about these lots in 2012.

12. I've also gave testimony in front of city council on behalf of the land bank to help

get the land bank passed in the city. So we've been working with them since day one on this

project. And, you know, we're a family owned and operated business and we're, we were growing

we were growing and we're hopeful to continue to grow and with this additional footprint helps us

and we're hopeful to continue to grow. And with this addition.

spread out a little bit like Rachel mentioned and you know as as business comes back we're hopeful

to not only get all of our jobs returns but to add more as well as we continue to build onto a

footprint and acquire some new clients along the way. And Mario have you heard my testimony in

of the board and do you adopt it as your own i have and i do okay um we also have david williams

who's our architect um i don't know if they're the board has any questions for him in particular i

won't spend the time i'll ask that question any questions uh from the board no or rachel or the

expansion needs we have no objection to the granting of the variance provided it

fully complies with the landscaping requirements of the code and obtains a

stamp to verify that it has received that we do have that stamp we have to

get that scanned in as we submitted this hard copy but we will absolutely comply
