Good morning, Councilwoman Krajewski and members of the Appropriations Committee. I'm Dianne Reed, and I'm the Budget Director for the City. We're here to testify on the 4 06/14/06 - APPROPRIATIONS COMM. - BILL 060503 bill requesting an increase of $5,830,000 in Class 200 to the Personnel Director for a Human Resources information system.
