planning commission this is uh ron bednar city planning the break of property at 1220 north

41st street is indicated for residential on the city plan given the proposed amendments to be

signed a new building to eliminate dimensional refusals we recommended the the variances be

permitted provided that both revised facades at 1220 and 1222 match the existing buildings on the

block. Thank you, Ron, for your input. We will again vote on this on the date that Hillary gave

us originally. Mr. Clinton, thank you for your input and thanks to everyone else who called in

for this and we we appreciate all the time and effort into this and just for the record mr chair

that that date was january 11th okay january 11th and the um the record is otherwise closed in both

closed okay thank you um is there anyone in the audience from the 330 list that case has not been
