Resolution 040082, resolution appointing Noah Webster to the Board of Directors of the South Street/Headhouse District of Philadelphia. Resolution 040083, Resolution 12 appointing Marvin Finklestein to the Board of Directors of the South Street/Headhouse District of Philadelphia. Resolution 040084, resolution 16 appointing Steve Kujolic to the Board of Directors of the South Street/Headhouse District of Philadelphia.

Good morning, Madam President and Members of the Council. I'm here to offer the following testimony to Resolutions 040082. This resolution appoints Noah Webster to the Board of Directors to fill a vacancy on the Board ending December 31, 2006. This will be Mr. Webster's first term on the Board. He is the owner of Millenium on South Street and is very tuned into the happenings on the street. Furthermore, he maintains diversity of our Board and will be an asset to our activities. Unfortunately, Mr. Webster is attending an Executive Committee meeting of the Board at this time is not here to testify. Resolution 040083 is to appoint Marvin Finklestein to the Board of Directors to fill a vacancy on the Board ending December 31, 2008. Mr. Finklestein is a founding member of the Board and has served as Chairman 5 03/04/04 - WHOLE of the Board in the past. He is the owner of Phila Deli on South Street and has proven himself to be a true asset to the Board. For resolution 040084 --
Excuse me, sir. And Mr. Finklestein's term will end when?
Resolution 040084 appoints Steve Kujolic to the Board of Directors to fill a vacancy on the Board also ending December 31, 2008. Mr. Kujolic is a former member of the Board and he too has served as Chairman of the Board in the past. He is the owner of Jay Brite cleaners at Fifth and Passyunk Street and has proven himself a to be an asset to the Board.
