Good morning, Council President Verna and members of Council. I am David Hammond, the executive director of the South Street/Headhouse, and I am here to testify and answer any questions you may have for the resolutions that were presented today.

Good morning. COUNCILMAN DiCICCO: I'm offering two amendments -- I believe that all members have received copies -- to Resolution 090143 and Resolution 090148.
So Resolution No. 090143, Mr. Sykes would serve the term ending 2013 -- COUNCILMAN DiCICCO: 2013 as opposed to --
As opposed to 2010. Also, on 090148 -- COUNCILMAN DiCICCO: Grafstom.
-- Mr. Grafstom would serve from -- instead of December 31, 2013, his term would end December 2010. COUNCILMAN DiCICCO: That's correct.

I move that the resolutions that have been read into the record, including 9 3/23/09 COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE PUBLIC MEETING the two amended resolutions, be adopted with a favorable recommendation and that the rules of Council be suspended so as to permit first reading at the next of session City Council.
