To the President and members of the Council of the City of Philadelphia, the Committee of the Whole, to which was referred Bill No. 210320, 00:04:51 entitled "An ordinance to adopt a Capital Program for the six Fiscal Years 2022 through 2027 inclusive"; and Bill No. 210321, entitled "An ordinance to adopt a Fiscal 2022 Capital 00:05:07 Budget"; and Resolution No. 210517, entitled a "Resolution reappointing Jeffrey B. Goldstone to the Board of Directors of the City Avenue Special Services 00:05:18 District," respectfully reports it has considered the same and returns the attached bills and resolution to Council with a favorable recommendation.
