I move that this bill, Bill No. 070950, be the amended in the following way: In the last sentence, Section 23 2, take out the word "immediately" and replace it with "September 2008" so that it would read: "This ordinance 6 11/27/07 - PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION - BILL 0700950 shall become effective September 2008."
