First, Madam Chair, we -- there is no need for any testimony in a public hearing for the Appropriations Committee, so I would move that we now go into a public meeting for the Appropriations Committee. And, 4 /99 APPROPRIATIONS COMMITTEE therefore, I move the adoption in the reporting out of Bill No. 990032.
With a request for a suspension of the rules to permit first reading at our next session.
