And then all of a sudden, my client advised that he received a notice that there was a meeting two weeks ago, less than two weeks ago.
unfortunately i've been out of the country for the last two weeks but nobody bothered to call me
and ask whether i was available for the rco meeting the my client went to the rco meeting
on his own on their own and um but we have not received any indication of any approval
or denial or conditions or proviso or anything from the rcos uh we i spoke i spoke to the uh
the board this morning. And I respectfully requested a continuous to give us an opportunity
to find out what the position of the RCO would be for this project. And I therefore repeat my
request for a continuance and ask for a new date to give us an opportunity to at least

i'm sorry i'm just trying to get my uh
okay so this is concerning the property
at 2635 North 24th Street and just want to run through my packet so this is the property right
here it's a corner property and on 24th Street this is a picture well there's a
posting picture of the posting right here and what my client seeks to do is
to make this into a, to legalize this into a three unit property. My client bought this properly
recently. In fact, they bought it in September of 2025. And when they purchased it, they were
under the belief based on representations that were made by the listing that it was
a multifamily, that it was three families or three units as stated within here, live
in one unit, rent the other two.
and so they were unaware of the situation and currently right now the property has a two
it's two family and it is vacant right now there's a legalized two family
I just want to go over to go over to plans
so there are two units on the first floor one is a see here
you have the entrance right here you walk in with the front entrance and then it's it's a
studio apartment and you walk in and then that just that you walk in here then
you have the bathroom right here then you have a den and this is the kitchen
right here which is all to the right when you walk into the apartment now
there's a common hallway and that's a side entrance of as a side exterior
entrance but there's a common hallway and then there is a unit to entrance
which is in the rear when you walk in through the back of the unit and I'll be
happy to show the exterior again so you can see as I get into the pictures but
you walk in there's a den has a kitchen bathroom right there and then a bedroom
and that's what it is so then you have a another side entrance which would lead
up to the third floor this is how it was laid out so you walk up and then you have
And then you have a dining room, kitchen, bathroom, and then you have two bedrooms.
