definitely better than storing anything out front um i guess um the only the only concern that i have

for the most part is you know that's an lni issue is making sure that you have the appropriate

egress and window etc out of the basement or the lower level uh unit um that's that's a that's a

concern because when i'm looking at your plan it shows that the the window that's in the kitchen

in the basement plan falls like under the stair of the of the unit above which that can't work

so i i think there's some inaccuracies but clearly they you know you have to have the appropriate

egress uh and and windows etc out of the basement but for the most part the whole first floor is

above grade it appears to be on least on two sides i can't can't tell from the back but you know okay

um do all the tenants have access to the real the rear yard uh yes and is it your plan because i

know that they can like physically get back there is that your plan to allow everyone to the shared

use of that yard yes is would you be opposed to having the trash can stored back there since you

have a paved driveway yes you would be opposed to it or you'd be opposed um to put the trash

all the way in the back of the yard in the rear yeah um yes they also they have they usually put

on the side of the building okay so that's where they usually put it in okay which so the question

is you're opposed to having them to put it in the back uh through the landlord so yeah yeah

so yeah yeah yeah i definitely i'm not going to use the back um the back is more likely for the

yeah i definitely i'm not going to use the back um the back is more likely

tenants but when you say the side the back is your front door right uh the back is my front door

no no the front is my front door where's so what are you talking about the back

the backyard is right here the backyard is in the back do you have it do you have a way to get out

there no I was planning to put an egress window back there right these um I'm I'm looking at I'm

looking at the was a Google Earth and the plans don't match what I'm saying on Google Earth

you're the you're you're which which unit are you are you the one on the corner or the second from

the corner no i'm i'm the one only in the front the my my separate entrance is in the front of

the house second from the corner mike second from the corner okay it's front of the house like the

my separate entrance the and yeah so it looks like there's an existing trash enclosure

that your property already has that's made out of chain link that's at the top of the stairs

yes is that your intention to keep the trash where it's currently yes and that trash enclosure okay

so for everyone else the trash enclosure is where the like if you if you're looking at his plan you

see where the stairs go up and there's a gate and there's that little bump out that's like in line

with the steps that is elevated and it's currently a trash enclosure i'm sorry about that my time

and behind those other steps it's at the top of the first set of steps and then you go

and then there's a second set of steps right that go up to the two doors to the unit and then you

can keep walking alongside the building on a concrete path to the to the rear yard okay i'm

confused a little bit now so can you just explain to me what the entryways are for each unit okay

uh so the first entryway of to the apartment that i'm making for me and my wife is in the front

right here like this is in the front this is the entryway right here like literally with the porch

right with the uh this is a porch kind of like a little porch there no no it's on the sidewalk

okay go ahead yeah it's on the sidewalk right here front of the building like it front of the

building on the sidewalk that's my entryway to my apartment and then on the side the two entryways

for the first and second unit okay do me a favor just tell me the street like is

Benner Street who was on Benner Street which entryway is on Benner Street for

which apartment or exit or egress I'm confused all right so so so listen to me

and listen to me a minute I just talked to a couple of the other board members

here we're gonna bring it back right and when you come back we think we need

better plans and the plans on how it interacts with the rest of the neighborhood i mean it's

hard to tell what the front and the back is and things like that so like put the streets in there

and things like that and what we're going to do is we're going to do a resumptive hearing on the

7th of april 4 7 20 26 at 9 30. okay right so you come back with better plans and things like that

and we'll take a look at it and try to figure it out okay but it's laid out now and like for

instance, you say things like, well, I think I'll put an escape window back there. So we need to

see that, like what you really want to do, right? And I'm not saying there's anything wrong. You just

need to have a better presentation that everybody can understand what you're doing. I was going to

say, Mr. Chair, what may assist is some additional photos of the property and the front, the rear,

the side. That would really be worthwhile, like if, you know, pictures all around the place, so we

know where it is and and you know where the other houses are and things like that okay so we're

going to bring you back we're not voting against you we just want you to come back with better

plans and like for instance you know if there's windows that we see you're going to have to say

well i'm i'm not going to have glass block window i mean i want to have a window you know what i

mean and i and i think you just got to do a better job with the plans all right okay all right thank

you all right and and you know don't don't be distressed over it but just you know try to get

somebody to help you and then we'll come back and look at it again okay okay all right thank you
