Bill No. 070342, an ordinance amending Section 14-1605 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Regulated Uses," by providing for Special Regulated Uses, prohibiting such uses in the vicinity of certain residentially related uses, and designating overflow storage tanks as a special regulated use, all under certain terms and conditions.
For those of you in the audience that have signs up, I don't know whether you're aware that that particular hearing has 3 6/7/07 - RULES - BILL 070342 been continued until September the 25th. So we are not going to be hearing any testimony on that bill today. (Applause.) (Short recess.)
