McPHERSON: Bill No.8 090216, an ordinance amending Section9 19-1801 of The Philadelphia Code,10 entitled "Authorization of Tax," to11 further authorize the Board of Education12 of the School District of Philadelphia to13 impose a tax on real estate within the14 City of Philadelphia, all under certain15 terms and conditions.16 Bill No. 090217, an ordinance17 amending Chapter 19-1800 of The18 Philadelphia Code, entitled "School Tax19 Authorization," by amending Section20 19-1806, entitled "Authorization of21 Realty Use and Occupancy Tax," to further22 authorize the Board of Education of the23 School District of Philadelphia to impose24 a tax on the use or occupancy of real25 3 5/11/09 - WHOLE - BILL 090212, etc.1 estate within the School District of2 Philadelphia.3
