Thank you, Madam President. Earlier this morning in the Caucus Room, I agreed to hold Bill No. 060716 and 060699. I would ask -- respectfully ask my colleagues that even though we're on recess for the next several weeks that they direct someone on their staff to contact Brian Abernathy, my legislative assistant, to talk about some of those issues that may be of concern to them regarding these two bills. I would like to get these bills back on the calendar for final 12/14/06 STATED - SPEECHES/ADJOURNMENT introduction with any changes that may come about sometime no later than the second-session week in February.
