The members are David Rubenstein, Robert Lane, Larry Howard, Randall Scott, Valerie Ferguson, Robert Williams, Dean Adler, Janet Calderwood, William Boone, Allan Kalish, Joseph Zuritsky, Judith Eden, and Ronald White.

Good morning, Madam President. Nick Maiale, I am Special Counsel for the Center City District. With me is Joe Zuritsky, the Chairman of the Center City District; Tony Pepetone, the Executive Director. We have 13 nominations all together; 6 are new appointees, 7 are reappointees. 4 RESOLUTIONS 020772 - 020784 Two of the new appointees are here; the others had scheduling conflicts because of the holidays. We are available to answer any questions any Council member may have about the District or about the nominees. I would like to introduce Bob Lane and Mr. Scott, who are two nominees who are present.

Just for the record, I would like for you to point out the new Board members.
On the resolution list, the new members are David Rubenstein; Robert Lane, who is present; Larry Howard; Randall Scott; Valerie Ferguson; and Robert Williams. Robert Williams had to be at a Convention Center meeting that started at 11:00 also.
And with Mr. Rubenstein and Mr. Lane, they will be serving until 5 RESOLUTIONS 020772 - 020784 December 31, 2000; is that correct?
Right. That's correct. The terms are staggered. The longest one goes to '07, which would be Chairman Zuritsky.
